Algebra 17 Online
OpenStudy (superman499):

2/5(z+1)=y for z

OpenStudy (rushwr):

\[\frac{ 2 }{ 5(z+1)} = y\] \[\frac{ 2 }{5z + 5 } = y\] \[2 = y (5z + 5)\] \[\frac{ 2 }{ y } = 5z + 5\] \[\frac{ 2 }{ y } = 5(z+1)\] \[\frac{ 2 }{ 5y } = z+1\] \[\frac{ 2 }{ 5y } -1 = y\]

OpenStudy (rushwr):

\[\frac{ 2 }{ 5y } - 1 = z *\] This is the last step. I got it wrong.

OpenStudy (superman499):

ok thanks
