Scientific laws are factual statements that explain why certain natural phenomena occur. C. Scientific laws are theories that have been tested, proven, and adopted as laws. D. Scientific laws are descriptions of observed phenomenon, generally accepted as facts. The question is pretty simple and easy but the answer choices have me a little puzzled... I thought it was C at first..
