Thanks I need all I can get

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

Let Y represent the event Yellow and "x" any other color, the ways to get 2 yellows on three spins is: $$ YYx\\ YxY\\ xYY $$ Where "x" is any other color. If "x" represents 1 color then there are only these three events If "x" represents 2 colors then there are 6 events, the same as above with "x" replaced by each color. If "x" represents n colors, then there will be 3n events, the same as above with "x" replaced by each color
