Could someone help ? Step by step Solve for x: the quantity of x plus 4 over 3 = 2 x = −2 x = 2 x = 2 over 3 x = negative 10 over 3

\[\large\rm \frac{x+4}{3}=2\]So we have this big mess of stuff going on with our x :) To isolate the x, we would like to "undo" all of the stuff happening to x. Notice that we have division by 3, that's how we can interpret the fraction bar. How do we undo division?
