It seems as if your question cuts off after "rate about"... is there more to the question? Otherwise, it's simply a multiplication problem, 2.2 x 28. However, just to point out, 1 kg = 2.20462 pounds by the way, 2.2 for short, but you could also round it to 2.21 which doesn't change the answer by much, knowing both gives you the range of which the real answer lies between. Anyhow, enough of that, simply do the problem as shown: 28 x 2.2 - Narrow it down. 28 x 2 = ? - Try to figure it out yourself. 2.8 x 2 = ? - Try to figure it out yourself.
