Is there any force to deviate light completely towards it ? If yes what is that force.

well what do you mean by 'completely'? if you mean light cant escape the attractiveness of the force then no, not even a black hole can do that, the area deeper than the event horizon will cause the light to get so red shifted that it will escape at undetectably low frequencies. you can however look at a group of reserchers who have been able to stop light; http://news.harvard.edu/gazette/2001/01.24/01-stoplight.html
