The reason Roosevelt speech , was so memorable and effective was , well because he was saying how he is going to improve the nation! And do what he has to do no matter what to get us on the right track!  How he is bringing  the states together and we will be united as ONE!  And the memorable part?  Welp I guess when he is saying everything is going to be new and different.
