You got it perfect.

It's a good title, but there are words that you should keep lowercase. Usually, you do NOT need to capitalize small words, such as articles (a, an & the) and coordinate conjunctions (for, and, nor, but, or, yet & so). Do not capitalize these words unless they are the first or last words! Words you DO need to capitalize are (according to titlecapitalization.com) 1 Capitalize the first and the last word. 2 Capitalize nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, and subordinate conjunctions. If you want to do this more easily, you can use the "AP Capitalization Method" and capitalize words with four or more letters (unless a three or less lettered word is the first letter in the title. Then, you capitalize it) Examples of the AP Method (movie and book titles) - 1 The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 2 Lord of the Flies 3 City of Ember 4 In Time of the Butterflies So, in all, I think your title should be "Reflecting Back on the Past" instead of "Reflecting Back On The Past".
