As you have it typed, that's right, but I assume the 2 is supposed to be an exponent.
\(x^2=x*x\)
Use the ^ symbol in the future

\[f(-1)=(-1)^2+3(-1)+6\]
\[=(-1)(-1)+3(-1)+6\]
