Does this represent growth or decay and what is the y intercept? How do you find the answer to this? It will help my solve all of my other questions. y=4(5/6)^x

Find the y-intercept by substituting 0 for x. y = a(b)^x is a growth equation when b > 1 and decay when 0 < b < 1.
