Can someone tell me if my answer to this is correct?

OpenStudy (jojokiw3):

\[\sum_{n=1}^{3}(n^2-2) = 8\]

OpenStudy (firekat97):

Yup thats correct

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

\[\sum_{n=1}^{3}(n^2-2)=(1^2-2) + (2^2-2)+(3^2-2) = (1-2)+(4-2)+(9-2)\]\[ = -1+2+7=8\checkmark\]

OpenStudy (jojokiw3):
