I would say abstinence, but most teenagers wouldn't listen to that. You could either wait, or if you continue on with sexual intercourse, take many precautions to make sure you're safe. For starters, make sure your partner is clean of any STDs. After that, make sure to use a condom and, if possible, birth control. Condoms work 98 percent of the time, but make sure the female is on birth control to go the safest route.
