Firstly, the Mayans were established within 2600 BC to 1800 BC.

The Incas lived in AD, so obviously they weren't the basis for Mayan culture.
The Olmec were in 1400 BC to 400 BC, so not them either.
Spain hadn't exactly ventured by sea and explored into the Americas yet, either?
The Egyptian culture does share many items with the Mayans, so I guess the Egyptians?
