When does the shoe reach the ground? c. What is the velocity of the shoe just before it hits the ground. Show work clearly and please explain steps taken to solve the problem.

We know acceleration which is -9.8 m/s/s we know the parachute velocity and the velocity at Va, as well as the displacement. I just can't seem to find the answer please help.
