Hello, it's my first time here so i think i wouldnt know if someone answer my question, but here i go. What should I do if my phase angle between the voltage and the current is more than 90 degrees, am i wrong?

OpenStudy (kenljw):

This will only occure if active components are involved, generally phase shifts occur in a passive network due to inductors an capacitors who's impedance is a function of frequency.
