since their directions are exactly opposite yo ucan work out the 'realtive velocity' between them by ADDING the 2 speeds together. The result is teh same as if one train was stationary and the other was moving away at their COMBINED speed so - how long does it take to travel 260 miles, at the combined relative speed?
