OpenStudy (jameshorton):

i think it 61.48

OpenStudy (utterly_confuzzled):

1 yard = 3 ft That being said, do the conversion for both lengths. Then simply find the area using the formula (a=lw) and you should be able to get your answer

OpenStudy (jameshorton):

What is the area of this parallelogram? A. 2.9 cm2 B. 5.8 cm2 C. 8.7 cm2 D. 6.0 cm2

OpenStudy (utterly_confuzzled):

61.48 would be correct if you were looking for the answer in yards, but you are looking for it in feet. So, simply convert your answer from feet to yards(multiply by three) and you should be good to go.

OpenStudy (utterly_confuzzled):

Parallelogram formula - Area = Base*Height So 2.9*3=???
