help please! I only have a certain amount of time to do this! Descriptions of the importance of each reactant and product in photosynthesis

OpenStudy (rushwr):

I'll give you some points you just elaborate them and write okai ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay! thank you so much, life saver~ @Rushwr

OpenStudy (rushwr):

Provides carbon and energy for all the living organisms. Organic substances needed by autotrophs and heterotrophs are provided by photosynthesis. Biomass of all organisms are derived from the organic substances produced by photosynthesis All biological processes are driven by the chemical energy produced by photosynthesis Maintains the balance of Oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In photosynthesis carbon dioxide is removed from the atmosphere and oxygen is released into the atmosphere. Therefore oxygen and carbon dioxide balanced which is maintained by photosynthesis. Provide food directly or indirectly to all living organisms It supplies fossil fuels.

OpenStudy (rushwr):

Basically it has 2 main reasons ! One product of photosynthesis is glucose (sugar), which provides the basis for most food chains. The second product of photosynthesis is oxygen which comes in handy if your happen to be an aerobic organism that requires oxygen for survival.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you, that helped a lot! I always get confused when it comes to photosynthesis. once again, thank you! @Rushwr Would you mind giving me a hint on one more thing though? of course you don't have to. :)

OpenStudy (rushwr):

Yeah of course !!!!! Tell me :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is the question: A detailed comparison between all of the above details of photosynthesis to the process or subject of your choice. I know that some people use like.. cellular respiration, but that's actually an example, so i can use that! do you have any suggestions? and maybe a little help starting it off??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or what i mean is maybe an example of the suggested subject :)

OpenStudy (rushwr):

What are the details above? What does it mean ? I'm confused. Can u please type it more clearly ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Basically the process of photosynthesis. I did all of the other questions to this assignment, except for these two. So! in short, i just need an example that I can compare the process of photosynthesis to! @Rushwr
