find m<3=37. Find m<1 it also shows a diagram. its an x and at the top theres number and it counts to the right 1,2,3,4 so 1 and 3 are vertical. help please

Ok well, I forget the exact terms, but basically in this picture the opposite angles are congruent. So if m< 4 = m<2; and m<1 = m<3 AND m<3=37, what would that make m<1?
