In what?
increasing -> (-2, infinity sign) Decreasing -> no Constant -> (-2, infinity sign)
Decreasing from (-infinity,-2) than constant from (-2, +infinity)
Im brain dead right now and Im think im mixing up decreasing and increasing

read the graph from left to right your graph is falling from -inf to -2 (not rising)
I think *
if slope is negative ,it is decreasing decreasing in (-infinity ,2] comstant in [-2,infinity)
Make a tangent line, but you wont need it, but that may help you to check yourself
