How do I figure out the pattern for this spreadsheet? Please help!

I see a pattern in the revenue between 3000 and 5000 meanwhile I see a pattern on the expenses between 1000 and 3000. Assuming the pattern keeps in between that range, you can figure out an approximation.

Actually, there is no direct pattern between revenue and expenses. I just realized this.
They're actually both seperate from each other. I REALLY don't know how to figure out this problem now...
