Given\[x^2+4x \le f(x)\le -x^2-4x,-4\le x \le 0\] can the squeeze theorem be applied to find \[\lim x \rightarrow-2 f(x)\] ?

what do you get if you put in x=-2 into both sides? I get -4 <= f(-2) <= 4 that is a big range for f(-2), we don't really know its value, do we? if it were 0<= f(0) <= 0 for example we see f(0) is "between" 0 and 0, so must be 0. that is a real squeeze
