Educate her on the effects of drugs and long term consequences which can ruin your entire life however, be careful of the language you use as well as the attitude or other wise she might get angry as this is a very sensitive topic. However, the best thing to do is tell a trusted adult that cares for her and they can sort it out more efficiently.
