Let's check out this first one :)\[\large\rm (\color{royalblue}{f}+\color{orangered}{g})(x)=\color{royalblue}{f(x)}+\color{orangered}{g(x)}\]When we plug in our functions we get,\[\large\rm \color{royalblue}{x+7}+\color{orangered}{x-8}\]And then you can simplify by combining like-terms.
