Well what you're going to want to do is look up the definitions of each of those on an online dictionary really. Though I went ahead and got em for you The Episodic plot structure is made up of a series of chapters or stories linked together by the same character, place, or theme but held apart by their individual plot, purpose, and subtext. Parallel Plots: Plots in which each main character has a separate but related story line that merges in the end. into the middle of a narrative; without preamble. "having begun his story in medias res, he then interrupts it" Flash forward is pretty much just like a flashback, but instead it's a glimpse of the future or kinda like a time skip.

So pretty much just look at those and you should have your answer.

I would think it's Parallel Plots because you get a first person view from each character, meaning you'd know how they felt inside their head and out.
