You can actually transform them into uniform scientific notation. Like transform all of them into 10^(23) or 10^(24), then you can easily find their average.

I think that is not correct.
Say we got to transform them all into a notation of 10^(23). We will have, 3.3022x10^(23) 48.685x10^(23) 59.722x10^(23) 6.4185x10^(23) What you need to do is to factor out 10^(23) and simply get the average. That is \[\frac{ (3.3022+48.685+59.722+6.4185)10^{23} }{ 4 }\] And in there you will get the answer.
