a telephone number consists of six digits of which the first two are exchange numbers.find the maximum number of connections that can be given to the consumers by the exchange? i want proper logical explanation

OpenStudy (ribhu):

first two numbers will be filled by exchange

OpenStudy (madhu.mukherjee.946):

yes

OpenStudy (ribhu):

so we have to fill only 4 numbers, since there is no choice and subjection while choosing a number.. so we have got 10 numbers to fill each position from 3rd number.
