post your work and im sure one of us will look over it, but you seem to have a good grasp on it so far.
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
Okay, just the 28, 29, and 30. Those ones If you can help me, I'd really appreciate that.
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
Where to place the parentheses.
OpenStudy (amistre64):
trial and error seems to be the best course of action

28 b is \[6^{2} \times(2+5)\times20\]
Okay, then can you wait till I'm done and see after I'm done with everything?
OpenStudy (amistre64):
sure, ill check your work
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
Okay, I got most of it done. Can you help me with 29 A?
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
I put parentheses everywhere but I can't seem to get the answer 10...

29A working on it ...
720/2 = 360, so adding to it an multiply it out is just making it bigger
720/9 = 80, and multiply it just gets bigger
720/(a+b*c) seems to be our best route
if a+b*x = 72 we got it made right?
OpenStudy (amistre64):
a+b*c that is
OpenStudy (amistre64):
9*8 = 72
(2+7) * 8 = 72
720/((a+b)*c) seems fair
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
Okay, \[720\div[(2+7)\times2^{3}]\]
OpenStudy (amistre64):
thatll do 10 yes

Okay, almost done.
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
What about 30b?
OpenStudy (amistre64):
30b is simple 2 set of paranthesis is required. whats your best effort?
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
Okay, let me give it a shot. Wait... 2 sets of parentheses? Can you even do that in a math problem?
OpenStudy (amistre64):
you can have 20 sets if need be ...

30b \[(159-81)\div(3^{3}+12)\]
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
Okay, Let me try the other 2. :)
OpenStudy (amistre64):
:)
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
31 is
\[2\times3+73-18\div9\]
OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):
And the last one is a bit confusing...
