Teaching a friend Chinese 1 while I am learning Chinese 4, any tips on how to teach? (English responses, please. My Chinese is good but not good enough...hence why I'm studying too.)

Well you should learn the main stuff by yourself first then practice with someone who is good at chinese ( like me ) and comes from china (like me)

Well just teach them the basics that you're really solid with. Make sure they understand the difference between the four tones and that they can hear them. Help them write the characters properly. Reading and writing just takes practice and memorization.

I only took up to chinese 2. Best way is to go on quizlet. My mandarin teacher made an account on quizlet for me and the rest of my classmates to learn.
