@imqwerty Transgenders don't have classification based on XX and XY. But we have LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer) active universally. which defines...all those interesting genders.

So lets start with the most obvious for the general of whole science: We don't need to prove anything, we only try disprove our hypothesis, if we can't disprove it then we must assume that our hypothesis is for now true. This is basic philosophy of science in terms of Popper and applies to experimental sciences. Do a karyotype analysis and you have discarded your hypothesis homosexuals are different :P

Futhermore I will choose to laugh at you when you choose to say "jst sayin no proof like we hav in math :D" You "proof" is based on the axioms of mathematics and even they are not complete as there are mathematical laws that are true, but can not be proven using mathematical methods.

So in terms of proof, I would dare to say math can prove just as much as we can. The ball is now to you sir, how would you argue that even 1+1=2 is true?

That is a bit stereotypical to say, but okay. To be gay has something to do with your sexual orientation it may be genetic (as some scientists believe) or for whole other reasons. Gay isn't a karyotype unlike for example people with Klinefelter syndrome which has XXY.

But if you want we can do a very funny experiment which you can try go do in your spare time if you got nothing else to do:

Go out and find a set of individuals which shall represent our data set (make sure to include many as you can to get closer to the mean value). Then do a karyotype analysis of all the gays you can find. Then we can make the hypothesis:
Gays (females or male) DO have disomy combinations XY or XX.

Then we can be very extreme and say: If you find ONE person that violates our hypothesis, you have proved all our genetics wrong and you should be rewarded for a Nobel Prize! :D

no matter if you are gay or not, if you are born a male you will be XX for the rest of your life, same for female they will be XY. There is no changing DNA and genetics.
