Standard form is Ax+By=C. You would need to start by combining all your like terms. You want any letters on the left side of the equals sign. DO you know how to combine them?
Yes. Add 5x and 3x for 8x

Because you are moving it to the other side, you need to subtract the 3x instead of adding it
subtract 3x on both sides

SO it would be 5x-3x+6y=2
Once you combine the 5x and the -3x you will be done!
