ill work through it with you, I was confused on the word value is it talking about the number of the colors or the number of different colors? Personally i think its 16, categorical but i just want to make sure. plz help me @tbl

It's talking about how many times you can pair a color with another color.
So you'd have to categorize. I counted 16 as well so I'm going to simply say huzzah you solved it yourself! be sure to close the question.
