You can't really. You can try, if you're a supergenius, using any program that can read .txt to do it. But you'll have to do it in its original state. IF you deleted it, recuva may help you.

Like time stated you would not be able to edit a program there are tools online you could find to reverse engineering the exe but essentially since you do not know what the program is written in it would be near to impossible to do something like that.
