Well what about when someone wants to make an OS account, theres a question, say math, that is from 9th grade or 10th etc. Then they will have to answer the question. I'm not sure

You know, technically they can bypass the 13+ law if they make it so if your 13 or under, a parent must fill out their email, and confirm that they are their parent by entering a CC to be preprocessed to confirm its legit, then the site would not be held responsible, as the parent has willingly and knowledgeably let the child on the site.

all people will leave os. nobody will want to fill out 3 million forms to ask question or help others. this is idiotic. look: To ask a question i need to fill out a form. to help i need to fill out a form. Maybe you wanna also show your passport with driver licence and school id and make a deposit in 30000 $  and 50 references that you are 13+. huh? everyone will leave os 100%. and nobody will make new accounts on it.
