Is it in a online book? Or on a paper book?
If on the computer, hold down the windows key and press "prt sc"
If on a paper book, take a picture with a phone, plug up a usb cord to the phone and the computer and move the picture. Than click "Attach File" on the bottom of the text page and click the picture.
