What is the difference between theoretical and experimental probability? Can you give an example?

OpenStudy (rizags):

Theoretical Probability: The chance i roll the number 2 on a fair dice = 1/6 Experimental Probability: The actual number of times I rolled a 2 in an experiment. For example, say I rolled 30 times and got the number 2 once. P = 1/30

OpenStudy (rizags):

Theoretical is mathematical, while experimental is physical
