What is a current event on prices? For example, is there a current event on the increase of prices that causes consumers to be less willing to purchase the item? Is there a current event on the decrease of prices?

For an increase, you could probably say healthy food and the cost of eating right. The cost and price of houses going down could be an example for a decrease of prices.
