Apparently yes under our existing Statism religion. Not all citizens are raised or belong to the Judaic Christian tradition, and the Government can't enforce purely any religious view. Such a compromise in reached within our boarders where some follow their religious belief, generally well within Government laws, while others submit to Governmental laws which is the religion of Statism.
