don't count and round pi, leave it as variable. 2pi*7 feet=14pi feet
formula for the circumference is C=Dπ so all you do is get the diameter from the radius thus it would be 14πft
is 2pi ...3.14*2? and multiplied by c?
pi is not multiplied - leave it as variable - this way you will get exact answer. 2pi is multiplied by radius.

in order to find the circumference you multiply Diameter times π and in order to get the diameter you double the radius
