OpenStudy (babyx3boo):

What's a good clincher for a speech about procrastination?

OpenStudy (saucvi):

You could make reference to the introduction, make a reference to a story or example (personal or not), a shocking fact, quote, rhetorical question, or humor. If your speech is persuasive you could also use a challenge or appeal. All great techniques for clinchers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Assuming that your speech is persuasive, make a one-liner that states your stance on procrastination and repeat it every time you state a new reason for your argument (ie, if you feel procrastination is bad, your one-liner could be "Don't waste time....*first reason on why it's bad*"...."Don't waste time...*2nd reason on why it's bad*" etc.) Personal stories are great too
