Third person omniscient is somebody or something that is all knowing, including the thoughts of the characters etc. An example, could include a God like narrator. Third person limited is usually someone on the outside looking in at a situation. This person could have observed the whole scenario, but not actually been involved directly and thus their opinions can be rather skewed at times.
