Think of a business that you would like to create. Write a basic business plan for that business. Include the purpose and goals of the business, and the type of business organization that is best for accomplishing your goals. The business plan should include the four sections described below.

Description of business (include the business' purpose and long term and short term goals). This should include:
business' name;
business' purpose;
form of business organization;
long term goals; and
short term goals.
Marketing. This should include:
an explanation of products and/or services offered;
a description of your market;
overall marketing and sales strategy; and
an explanation of advantages you and your business have over your competitors.
Finances. This should include:
a list of fixed and variable costs;
an estimate of the amount of money needed to initiate the business; and
a plan to make the business profitable.
Management. This should include an explanation of:
how the business will be managed on a daily basis;
how many employees will be needed, and what jobs they will do; and
the equipment needed for production and delivery of products and/or services.
