they want you to do\[\frac{ 7 }{ 8 }-\frac{ 3 }{ 4 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

give it a try. what do you do first?

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

so my answer is 1/8 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7/8=7/8 - 3/4 then u find a common denominator which would be 8 and then the problem will become 7/8 - 3/8 and then u subtract. @rainbow_rocks03

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):
