well since the curve is made from a solid like its should be \[\ge ~~or~~\le\] so that means C or D so now test it... the origin seems to be in the shaded region... (0,0) so x = 0 and y = 0 substitute this point into the inequation to see when inequality is true. the true answer will be your answer. hope it helps
