Im pretty sure its A. This is because it does not mention any form of payment exchanged between the US and the Native Peoples.

It also explains that areas were designated specifically for Native use, and marked as such.

Sorry, just read it more carefully. Its actually probably B. It does mention an exchange of land from their own areas to areas south of the Mississippi.
