The Constitution made my James Madison and a couple others changed all apsects of life even today. A document that finally got rid of the terrible Articles of Confederation that was near devastation. To begin with the rule of law which is given in the constituion lacked immenslly in the articles of confederation as the articles lacked to give the government enough power to even make any decisions such as taxes and so on. When the consitution was made it gave the perfect amount of power for the governmen to be able have rule of law and ability to make changes needed to make our country function. Next the articles had no seperation of powers because flat out they didnt give power to any form of goverment that wouldve of made any impact.
