you're trying to get n by itself. Think reverse PEMDAS. The first thing you have to do is move the 80 to the other side.
the 80 is subtracted, so to move it you need to ADD 80 to both sides of the inequality

Oh! Okay I understand the reverse part, but I never really understood where you have to add the number to both sides of the inequality.
