OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

@kimbllse777 @TrojanPoem ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Have you ever heard of a convection oven? It is called that because it let's off rays or waves of heat.

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

No i have never heard of a convection oven, so that is my answer, convection?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes.

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

TY,will you help with the next one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I believe that question 2 is c but I don't really know how to explain it

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

actually wait I THINK iI got it. if I dont I will say nm, ok?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

nope, I dont think I got it lol.

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

question #1 electromagnetic radiations are able to carry energy, light or thermal energy

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

?

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

I am on the 2nd question now. :P

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

please think about how solar energy reaches the Earth

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

Solar energy reaches Earth by Convection? But I already did the first question.

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

Right now I need help with the second one

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

@haleyelizabeth2017 ??

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

solar energy reaches the Earth by electromagnetic radiations

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

IDK what that is, PLUS that isn't an answer choice! :/

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

yes it is! it is option "Radiation", there "radiation" stands for electromagnetic radiation

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

Oh well SORRY! you kept saying electromagnetic that's why, you don't have to be rude? :/

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

Sorry, I'm not rude, why are you saying that?

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

saying what? :/

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

you are saying that I'm rude, and it is false

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

anyway: for question #2 I think it is option B, since, please keep in mind that, the sea and land breezes are caused by convection currents of heat

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

TY

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

:)

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

wait B? ugh I dont like when people say the letters when there are none! your saying the second one right?

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

yes! I mean option B

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

why do you keep saying B!?!?!? I am asking is it the second one, pllus I jus said I don't like it when people say letters when their are none! :( >:(

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

Is it the second one that you are saying?

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

yes! you are right, it is the second question. more explanation: during day land heats quicker than water so we have a depressure which calls air from water to earth

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

during night, earth cools quicker than water, so it creates a depressure which calls air from water to earth

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

TY!!! :)
