Could someone help? My iPad won't take pictures and I just deleted 30% of my pictures and it's not taking any pictures, what is going on?

Factory reset: Go to Settings>General>Date & Time> turn "Set Automatically" off and set your date back to last day when your ipad worked well .
-Return to Photos. Although the folder may read "0" there may be photos that need to be deleted.
- Check deleted folders too.

Finally, plug the iPad into your computer, and open up an app like Apple's Image Capture or whatever you use on Windows/Mac/Linux to import photos from a camera. Check that there's actually no photos in the 'camera' that is your iPad. After clearing out your pad, you may find a bunch of small, unreadable movie files and a few photos left over in this app. this one iPad doesn't detect well, but they will be taking up space. You may have somehow ended up with a lot of these.

Suggestion:
The better option is to have a factory reset, bcuz there are possibilities of malware cookies, which can crash the detection of memory storage in an i-pad. Also, there are hidden files, stored in temporary folder as well as in system files, which consumes lots of disk space.To search for them, takes 2-3 days. Try resetting.

Before Ipad reset, try to save important documents somewhere else.
