A plane flies in a straight line at a speed of 140 km/h. How long does it takes to fly 513 km?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All you need to do is analyse your question; what does 140km/h mean? it means that every hour the plane is traveling 140km. now at that rate, it needs to move 513 km. how many 140's are there in 513? 513/140=3.66 which is also your answer. If this still does not seem obvious to you please tell me what you did not understand.

Thanks Zakisista. Yes...I understand this. Is this in Physics Concept(s)?

Well, physics is the study of the physical world so yes.
